How, When & Where

Established in 1985 amid the rolling hills of England's Yorkshire Dales, Farfield Clothing started manufacturing in a redundant weaving mill near the market town of Sedbergh.

In 1999 we sympathetically converted and moved into what was the old school building. We now run our design, production, administration and factory shop from this base.

We are delighted that our business has become a focal point in the local economy and that our efforts in landscaping have won an award from the Cumbria in Bloom society.

Initially producing garments for children under our TOUGH CUSTOMER brand, we later developed the FARFIELD ORIGINAL label, an additional range for adults. Our customer base now includes Scandinavia and many parts of Europe.

Saturday       10.00 to 4.00
Sunday         Closed
