DELIVERY
We manufacture your garments to order if we do not have them in stock. Our aim is to complete your garment and despatch within 10 days of receipt. Should you require delivery in less than 10 days or have any other enquiries please ring our sales office. Postage charged as follows:
Band 1=Mainland UK destinations, including the Highlands and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & the Channel Islands
Band2=. All other European destinations
Band3= All other destinations will be at cost.
RETURNS
We have maintained a no quibble money back guarantee so if you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund less the original postage costs. Please return your purchase to us (unworn and in the original condition you received them from us with all packaging and labels intact). If you require an alternative garment please specify which colour and size you would like. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card or paypal account that the goods were bought with. Please remember to ask for proof of posting certificate when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
