GENERAL
All orders accepted by Farfield Clothing Limited are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
PRICES
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. If an item is not available we shall inform you within 48 hours allowing customers the option to change or cancel.
DELIVERY
We manufacture your garments to order. Our aim is to complete your garment and dispatch within 10 days of receipt. Should you require delivery in less than 10 days or have any other enquiry please ring our sales office. Postage charged as follows. Band 1= Mainland UK destinations. These shall include the Highlands and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. The Channel Islands and all worldwide BFPO addresses. Band 2= All other European destinations. Band 3= North American destinations. All other countries will be at cost, the price of which shall be added to your order destinations. RETURNS
We have maintained a no quibble money back guarantee so if you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund less the original postage costs. Please return your purchase to us (unworn and in the original condition you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact). If you require an alternative garment please make sure to specify which colour and size you would like. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Posting certificate when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. PAYMENT
Payment is by PayPal, cheque or credit card, basis with order by fax, phone, post or website. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. All credit card transactions will be subject to authenticity by the Modulus 10 check Algorithm system. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
